Form Builder

The CMS includes a powerful and easy-to-use Form Builder, allowing you to create everything from simple contact forms to advanced multi-step forms.

Choose from a wide range of field types, add validation, and use conditional logic to show or hide fields based on a user's answers.

Every form submission is stored in the CMS, where it can be viewed, searched, and exported. You can also send customised email notifications to administrators and confirmation emails to users. If required, submissions can be automatically generated as PDFs for downloading, emailing, or record keeping.

Stepped Form

Stepped forms divide longer forms into a series of smaller, easy-to-complete sections, making the process less overwhelming for users. By displaying only the information needed at each stage, they create a cleaner, more focused experience and can help improve completion rates.

This demo highlights how the CMS can create intuitive multi-step forms with progress tracking, validation, conditional logic, and smooth navigation between steps. Stepped forms are ideal for applications, registrations, surveys, bookings, and any process that requires users to provide more detailed information.

Conditional Logic Form

Conditional logic allows forms to adapt based on a user's responses, showing or hiding relevant fields as they progress. This creates a more personalised experience, keeps forms concise, and ensures users only see questions that apply to them.

In this demo, selecting different options will reveal additional questions or sections, demonstrating how the CMS can build intelligent forms without overwhelming users. Conditional logic is perfect for enquiries, applications, registrations, surveys, and support forms where different answers require different follow-up questions.
